We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Head of Sales (m/f/d) who drives our sales activities with passion to achieve our ambitious goals. Your mission? To boost our growth and establish CargoBeamer as the industry leader in intermodal logistics services. Your responsibilities include:

  • Development and implementation of an innovative sales strategy to acquire new customers and maximize revenue streams.
  • Leading an international sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and presentation to closing and account management.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers in the logistics and transportation industry to establish CargoBeamer as a leading logistics service provider.
  • Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Mentoring and coaching the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and tools to succeed.
  • Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overarching business goals.
  • Representing CargoBeamer at industry events and conferences to expand our network and explore new business opportunities.

You should have

  • Proven track record in leadership positions within sales in the logistics and transportation sector, focusing on revenue growth and exceeding goals.
